Glockner Bike Path: cycling the length of the Moell Valley
Although the high-alpine landscape is what characterises our region, you don’t have to scale these mountains in order to enjoy them. Families in particular love the Glockner Bike Path Nr. R8 , which runs all the way through the visually stunning Moell Valley – starting at the Jungfernsprung waterfall outside of Heiligenblut, and eventually joining the Drauradweg bike path near Möllbrücke. Along the way you’ll be treated to the most breathtaking views of the Hohe Tauern mountains, starting with the Grossglockner, Austria’s highest mountain.
