When booking individually selected accommodation, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006) apply. These are available for you to download here. Payment for the entire arrangement is made directly through Hohe Tauern – the National Park Region in Carinthia Tourismus GmbH.
When booking a package and/or an additional service such as a guided tour, the Package Travel Act (PRG) applies. You can download the standard information sheet for package travel contracts here.

According to the Package Travel Ordinance (PRV), customer monies for package tours of the tour operator Hohe Tauern – the National Park Region in Carinthia Tourismus GmbH are covered under the following conditions: The deposit is paid at the earliest eleven months before the agreed end of the trip and amounts to 10% of the tour price. The balance will be paid at the earliest 20 days before departure – step by step against delivery of the travel documents to the traveler. Deposits or final payments are only secured to the extent that the tour operator is entitled to receive them. The hedged amount is used primarily to satisfy payments received in accordance with the regulations.
All claims must be filed with the liquidator (TVA Tourismusversicherungsagentur GmbH, Baumannstraße 9/8, A-1030 Vienna, 24 h emergency number: +43 1 361 9077 25, Fax: +43 1 361 9077 25, firstname.lastname@example.org) within 8 weeks of the occurrence of insolvency in the event of any other loss of claims.
Cancellation conditions (excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Travel) – Up to 40 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge – 39 – 21 days before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price – 20 – 8 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price – from a cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival we charge you 90% of the tour price.
